Before our vineyard reached full production, we turned to one of Maui's most iconic fruits. An experiment in sparkling pineapple wine became the ambitious idea that laid the foundation for Hawaii's first sparkling wine program.
More than fifty years later, our pineapple wines remain an essential part of who we are, celebrating one of Hawaii's most iconic fruits with the same care and dedication that continue to define us today.

Great wine begins with exceptional fruit. Just minutes from our winery, Maui Gold pineapples are grown in the ideal conditions that have made them renowned for their extraordinary sweetness, vibrant acidity, and unmistakable flavor.
Made to Be Wine
Each fruit is hand-harvested at its ideal stage of ripeness and pressed on-site before the juice is slowly fermented at cool temperatures to preserve its vibrant aromatics and natural character. From there, every step is guided by patience, precision, and an unwavering attention to detail.
The result is a collection of pineapple wines that honor both the fruit and the craft of winemaking—bright, expressive, and distinctly Maui.
