This Chenin Blanc based, golden sparkling wine, has benefitted from over 22 months of aging before release. Aromas of lilikoi curd, filo dough, and chamomile fill the nose. On the palate, lively bubbles mingle with flavors of Texas toast, triple cream, and fresh lemon. Pair with a triple cream cheese and stone fruit or a goat cheese salad.
